CHEMICAL PEELING

WHAT IS A CHEMICAL PEELING?

Chemical peeling is a treatment which removes the toughened skin, resumes physiological skin regeneration and stimulates hyaluronic acid, collagen and elastin production. This, in its turn, improves skin color, evens its surface and removes wrinkles. With an acid peeling you can get rid of some unpleasant skin problems such as pigmentation, scars and acne. Chemical peeling can be used both on the face, and on the neck, arms and décolleté area.

  • skin aging

HOW THE PEELING IS DONE?

Before the peeling we carry out a thorough examination of the patient’s skin, after which we choose the products suitable for this skin type. After that, we apply a peeling gel, containing Glycolic, Mandelic and Salicylic acids, to the patient’s face. After the treatment, a soothing mask, containing a rich cocktail of Hyaluronic acid, Coenzyme Q10, Aloe Vera and Jojoba oil, is applied to the skin. Next step – a professional cream is distributed over the skin, which also has a soothing effect after peeling. An individual set of products is selected for each client. We recommend repeating the treatment 3 times (once every 3 weeks) to achieve a good result.

AFTER TREATMENT

Swelling, redness and dryness of the skin are completely normal manifestations of the body’s reaction to chemical peeling. In some cases, the skin may even “get tight” so much that facial expressions become limited which is also an absolutely normal reaction, as the skin begins to renew itself. After the treatment you should pay special attention to sufficient hydration of the body, besides, we recommend choosing products that have an antiseptic, protective and moisturizing effect for your skincare routine. For a couple of days, you should stop using makeup, beauty masks and face peelings, as well as touch the skin as little as possible. After the treatment we also recommend using creams that protect against UV-radiation for 2-3 months, as well as avoid going to sauna and pool for 2 weeks.
